Why OGT-PIN?

Protein interactions underlie cellular processes and form molecular networks that determine functional state. Defining the interactome of OGT—the sole enzyme that adds O-GlcNAc to its target proteins—supports studies of OGT biology, protein O-GlcNAcylation, protein, pathway, and process function, drug development, and related areas.

OGT-PIN is a curated, comprehensive database of experimentally identified interaction proteins of OGT and its orthologues across multiple species and the past several decades. Searchable identifiers, methods, publications, and curator assessments preserve the evidence context.
